Anchor Real Estate is proud to announce the closing of The Landing, a 288-unit, 888-bed dedicated student housing property, located 1.3 miles from the East Carolina University (“ECU”) campus.

The Landing offers student residents with luxury living in a gated community that is fully equipped with an extensive amenity package including three resort-style swimming pools, covered parking lot, tanning beds, a sundeck, study rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, a TV lounge, and a game room. Each unit comes fully furnished with a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The asset reaches a variety of personality types and successfully accommodates all student needs. 

Anchor is partnering with XFD Real Estate Partners and Saxum Real Estate to jointly acquire the 888-bed complex. The acquisition represents the second transaction completed by the partnership, which brings Anchor’s total student housing portfolio to approximately 3,100 beds.
