Mr. Liang Wu is the Managing Partner of Anchor Real Estate Capital, a private equity investment management platform focusing on acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets in the United States on behalf of Asian capital (institutional, family offices, and high net worth investors). Liang has 20 years’ real estate experience in both China and the U.S.

Before co-founding Anchor, Mr. Wu was an Executive Director at Warburg Pincus, focusing on real estate investment in China. At Warburg Pincus, Liang led the residential co-investment efforts with Chinese developers and also covered other real estate sectors including office, retail and industrial. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Liang was a Director with CarVal Investors in the Shanghai office also covering Chinese real estate investment opportunities.

Mr. Wu also previously worked at Casden Properties in Beverly Hills and Ernst & Young's Kenneth Leventhal & Company in Los Angeles. Liang has extensive transaction and asset management experience in both countries, having been involved with transactions over $2.5 billion in both the U.S. and China.

Mr. Wu received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Tsinghua University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Yan is currently a Managing Partner at Centaline Property, one of the top real estate brokerage firms in China. He manages the Beijing office of Centaline Property, which handles over $5 billion of transactions each year. Mr. Yan is also the founder and Chairman of Beijing Yi Tong Jia Ye Investment Co., Ltd., which provides debt/equity capital to major Chinese real estate companies for the development of residential properties in many of China’s fastest growing cities.

Mr. Yan graduated from Beihang University in 1997 and joined Centaline in the same year. He obtained his MBA at the University of California, Irvine, in 2004.

Ms. Fong has over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has a strong working knowledge of many aspects of real estate investment and due diligence. She has assisted clients with acquisitions, dispositions, transaction structuring, workouts, and restructuring and capital access. She has worked extensively with senior management and boards of directors of private and public real estate companies, opportunity funds, and advisors.

Ms. Fong was a Partner in the Real Estate Advisory Service Group of Ernst & Young LLP and a Senior Manager at Kenneth Leventhal& Company. Ms. Fong earned her BA in Economics from Occidental College, is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and was a member of the Counselors of Real Estate. She has served on the Honorary Board of the University of Southern California Lusk Center Ross Minority Program for Real Estate.

Ms. Weiqun Huang joined Anchor Real Estate Capital since its establishment. As the Senior Vice President, she oversees daily operation of Beijing office, coordinating the team to accomplish project due diligence, negotiation, structuring, financing, investor relations and asset managements.

Ms. Huang has 15 years of experience in investment management and business development in both China and the U.S. Before joining Anchor Real Estate Capital, Ms. Huang was the general manager of an affiliate of Anchor, responsible for debt and equity investments. Her prior experience includes working at F&T Group (New York), focusing on the business development of commercial properties, and SK (China) where she was responsible for financial due diligence of the company’s M&A projects in China of various industries. In addition, she also previously worked at KPMG in the audit division.

Ms. Weiqun Huang graduated from University of International Business and Economics in 1998. She obtained her MBA in 2007 at Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario in Canada.

Ms. Ren’s main responsibilities include deal underwriting, market and property due diligence, asset management and investment oversight. She works with developers, investment partners and third-party consultants on daily basis, assisting the team in acquisition, asset management, financing and disposition of real estate investments.

Prior to joining Anchor, Ms. Ren worked at Thor Equities, where she assisted the fundraising for property acquisitions in NYC, SF and London. Before that, she was a consultant with Deloitte’s securitization group, servicing fund managers and investment banks on fixed income products.

Ms. Ren holds a BBA in Finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and an MSRE from New York University.

Mr. Wang is responsible for new investment due diligence, asset management, real estate analysis and valuation modeling for acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities.

Prior to joining Anchor, Mr. Wang was a real estate investment analyst at New York State Common Retirement Fund, where he analyzed and evaluated investments, performed due diligence, created valuation models, business plans and investment memos. Mr. Wang previously worked at BBMG Group in Beijing and started his career in the Acquisitions & Development team at Shanghai Municipal Investment (Group) USA in New York.

Mr. Wang received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Denver and earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from New York University.
